Wetroom Floor Formers

Independently tested to demonstrate that our unique patent applied structure can withstand in excess of 1 ton of applied weight without notable deflection. Whilst being incredibly strong, our formers have also remained light-weight. As an example, our 900mm x 900mm former weighs only 11.5kg. This level of performance is unmatched by any other floor former on the market.

1. Place the tray in position to mark out the size of the tray and cut out the flooring. Ensure that bracing is added to support the tray.

2. Install the waste piping, place the tray in position and connect up the waste. Ensure that the tray is level on all sides.

3. Add 3.6mm or 4mm (as necessary) plywood sheets to the remainder of the bath room floor. Add Tanking Membrane tape and internal corners to wall and floor edges.

4. Apply 2 coats of the Tanking Solution to the floor (and walls if required).

5. Place the waste cover plate in position. Floor is now ready for tiling or laying of Anti-Slip flooring.

6. Tile the floor and walls.
